Meet Archana Shukla - Founder
Archana has qualitative experience in the real estate, corporate legal advisory, drafting and negotiation of all kinds of corporate commercial contracts, advising on legal, policy and regulatory issues and compliances, debt transactions and litigation.
Her extensive work experience in real estate practice includes conducting detailed legal due diligence, rendering advice on regulatory aspects and structuring the transaction.
She has extensively worked for a variety of sectors including IT & ITES, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, real estate, education, banking & finance, etc. and on a whole range of issues including corporate advisory, transaction structuring, privacy laws and employment related issues.
She also has experience in handling various matters pertaining to civil litigation before the Supreme Court and various High Courts.
In the technology space, she has provided legal support and strategic planning in building the App based Realty Product ‘RealDocs’ .
